Arrival Information

Our reception is open daily from 7:30 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. If the front desk is temporarily unattended, please contact a member of our service team.

 

Check-In

Your room will be ready from 3:00 p.m. on the day of arrival. From this time, you can also enjoy our afternoon snack when booking with Half-Board Plus or All-Inclusive Dining. Hotel inclusives such as the wellness area, kids’ club, and indoor pool are also available from 3:00 p.m.

 

Check-Out

Please vacate your room by 10:30 a.m. on the day of departure. Thank you!


Deposit

To confirm your reservation, we kindly ask for a deposit of €500.00 per family suite/room by bank transfer.

Payment for your stay can be made in advance, by debit card, or by credit card (Visa, Eurocard, Mastercard). For international transfers, please mark “free of charge for recipient.”

 

Kesselgrub “Early Experience”

Start your holiday early from 9:00 a.m. on arrival day.

Included:

  • Changing rooms and lockers for valuables

  • Use of the Water World (indoor pool, water playground, toddler water area, garden with private swimming lake from 9:00 a.m.)

  • Use of the Kids World (supervised kids’ club, baby & toddler paradise, teen room with mini bowling from 9:00 a.m.)

  • Use of the Wellness World (Mountain Adults Spa from 10:30 a.m., Family Spa from 3:00 p.m., Spa Salon “Seelenbalance” from 9:00–12:00 & 2:00–7:00 p.m.)

  • “Feel-good” spa bag with bathrobe, towels, and bath sheets

Not included:

  • Your room (available from 3:00 p.m.)

  • Meals (breakfast & lunch not included)

Price: €29.00 per adult | €14.50 per child (up to 15 years)

À la carte dining is available if you get hungry.

 

Kesselgrub “Late Experience”

Extend your holiday until 6:00 p.m. on departure day.

Included: same services as “Early Experience.”

Not included:

  • Your room (check-out at 10:30 a.m.)

  • Meals (only breakfast included)

Price: €29.00 per adult | €14.50 per child (up to 15 years)

À la carte dining is available.

 

Early Check-In with Room & Dining

From 9:00 a.m. on arrival day: use of all Kesselgrub worlds.
From 1:00 p.m.: room available (2 hours earlier than standard).

Included: Room/Suite from 1 p.m., use of changing rooms and lockers, Water World, Kids World, Wellness World, spa bag, breakfast & lunch.

Price: €79.00 per adult | €39.50 per child (up to 15 years)
Available only on request and subject to availability.

 

Late Check-Out with Room & Dining

Until 6:00 p.m. on departure day: use of all Kesselgrub worlds.
Until 2:00 p.m.: room available (3.5 hours longer than standard).

Included: Room/Suite until 2 p.m., use of changing rooms and lockers, Water World, Kids World, Wellness World, spa bag, lunch & afternoon snack.

Price: €79.00 per adult | €39.00 per child (up to 15 years)

Not included: Dinner — available only on request and subject to availability.

 

Cancellation Policy

Our standard cancellation terms are based on the Austrian Hotel Contract Conditions (AGBH 2006), except where special conditions apply.

Special cancellation terms 2025/26 (Hotel, Apartments & Holiday Homes):

  • Free cancellation up to 3 days before arrival

  • From 2 days before arrival, no-show, or early departure: 100% of the arrangement price
    (Exceptions apply for “Family Love,” “Garden Time,” and “Garden Bliss” suites, where AGBH 2006 applies.)

Groups & seminars (20+ people):

  • Free cancellation until 6 weeks before arrival

  • 6 weeks–1 month before arrival: 40%

  • 1 month–1 week before arrival: 70%

  • Last week before arrival: 90%

  • From 2 days before arrival, no-show, early departure: 100%

 

Travel Insurance

To ensure peace of mind, we recommend adding Kesselgrub’s Travel Protection when booking.

Insurance covers cancellation, delayed arrival, or early departure for documented reasons (e.g., medical cases confirmed by a doctor, or other valid written confirmations).

The premium should be transferred along with your deposit.

 

Check-In & Out at a Glance

  • Check-In: from 3:00 p.m.

  • Check-Out: until 10:30 a.m.

  • Early Check-In / Late Check-Out: on request, subject to availability and with surcharge.

 

Binding Reservation

Your booking is only confirmed once you have received written confirmation from our reception.

 

Package Deals

Services included in package offers that are not used cannot be refunded.

 

Vouchers

We accept the following vouchers:

  • Our own value vouchers (unlimited, available via our website)

  • Kinderhotel vouchers (unlimited)

  • Family Austria vouchers (unlimited)

  • Webhotel vouchers (up to the booking value; for packages up to 50% of the package price; not valid for drinks, wellness, riding units, or ski passes)

  • WellCard (same conditions as Webhotel vouchers)

Please inform us at the time of booking if you wish to redeem vouchers. Vouchers must be presented upon arrival for validation. Webhotel and WellCard vouchers cannot be combined with other vouchers and are only valid for direct bookings.

Prize vouchers, certificates & cooperation vouchers:

  • Valid only for specified room categories and travel periods, subject to availability.

  • No entitlement to specific dates or upgrades.

  • Must be declared at booking and presented at check-in. Otherwise, the stay will be charged at the standard daily rate.

  • Rebooking is not possible; fixed bookings cannot be rescheduled.

 

Prices

All prices are in euros per person per night including booked board and inclusive services, plus local tax & mobility fee (€3.00 per person per day).

Apartment prices are per night per apartment, plus local tax (€3.00 per person per day) and final cleaning (€70.00–€170.00 depending on size). Hotel inclusives are not included for apartments but can be booked for an additional fee.

We reserve the right to correct price errors; the current price list applies.

 

Loss & Liability

The hotel cannot accept liability for lost, forgotten, or left-behind items, especially those not safely stored or left unattended in public areas or unlocked rooms. Please secure valuables and double-check your room before departure. Our reception team will be happy to assist with inquiries.
