Payment for the stay can be made in cash, in advance, with a debit or credit card (Visa/Eurocard/Mastercard). When making international transfers, please ensure that the transfer is marked as "free of charges for the recipient."

CANCELLATION

Our standard cancellation fees, as per the Austrian Hotel Contract Conditions (AGBH), apply to dates without specific date-related cancellation fees (cancellation policy according to AGBH (2006) - General Terms and Conditions for the Hotel Industry). These apply in the absence of separate cancellation regulations.
 

• from reservation until 3 months before the arrival date: €50.00 processing fee
• 3 months to 1 month before the arrival date: 40% of the package price
• 1 month to 1 week before the arrival date: 70% of the package price
• in the last week before the arrival date: 90% of the package price
• from 2 days before the arrival date: 100% of the package price
• No-show and early departure: 100% of the package price

Separate cancellation policy for WS 23/24, SS 24, WS 24/25, and SS 25 (4-star Hotel Kesselgrub, Apartments & Vacation Rentals):

• free cancellation until 3 days before the arrival day
• from 2 days before the arrival date, no-show, or early departure: 100% of the package price
  *except for rooms/suites Familien-Liebe, Garten-Zeit, and Garten-Glück. Regular cancellation rules according to AGBH (2006) apply here.

Separate cancellation policy for groups and seminars (20 or more persons):

• from reservation until 6 weeks before the arrival date: Free cancellation
• 6 weeks to 1 month before the arrival date: 40% of the package price
• 1 month to 1 week before the arrival date: 70% of the package price
• in the last week before the arrival date: 90% of the package price
• from 2 days before the arrival date: 100% of the package price
• No-show and early departure: 100% of the package price

TRAVEL INSURANCE

You're certainly looking forward to your vacation. But until your arrival and during your vacation, a lot can happen. Be prepared and take out Kesselgrub's travel insurance right away.

Insured reasons for cancellation and trip interruption

An insurance event occurs if the guest is unable to use the hotel booking due to a stated reason in the information sheet, if the arrival is delayed, or if the departure has to take place earlier.

Medically justified insurance events must be confirmed in writing by the treating physician. For all other insurance events, we require written confirmation.

We kindly ask you to transfer the insurance rate along with the deposit to the above-mentioned account.

CHECK-IN & -OUT

Check-in: from 3:00 PM | Check-out: until 10:30 AM | Early check-in and late check-out: upon request and availability (short-term) and after consultation with the reception (for a fee)

BINDING RESERVATION

We would like to inform you that your booking is only considered fixed once you have received written confirmation from our reception.

PACKAGE DEALS

We would like to inform you that services included in package deals that have not been consumed cannot be reimbursed.

VOUCHERS

The following vouchers are valid with us:

• Our own value vouchers - without limit. These can also be ordered directly through our website.
• Kinderhotel value vouchers - without limit
• Family Austria value vouchers - without limit
• Webhotel vouchers - up to the amount of the booked package price, for packages only up to 50% of the package price, for ski packages and riding packages (package price - ski pass price or riding package, and 50% of that). These vouchers cannot be used for the payment of drinks, wellness treatments, riding lessons, and ski passes.
• Wellcard - up to the amount of the booked package price, for packages only up to 50% of the package price, for ski packages and riding packages (package price - ski pass price or riding package, and 50% of that). These vouchers cannot be used for the payment of drinks, wellness treatments, riding lessons, and ski passes.

Please let us know at the time of your booking if you have vouchers and which ones, otherwise, we can also reject the vouchers on-site.

The vouchers must be presented upon arrival, as the vouchers need to be checked and invalidated.

Webhotel vouchers and Wellcard vouchers cannot be combined with other vouchers and are only accepted for direct bookings.

PRICES

All prices in Kesselgrub's holiday world are in Euros per night and per person with the chosen meal plan and all other inclusive services; plus local tax of €2.00 per person per day.

The prices for our self-catering apartments are in Euros per night and per apartment, plus local tax of €2.00 per person per day, or in Eben, €1.70 per person per day. When booking an apartment, the hotel's inclusive services are not included, these can be added for an additional charge. In addition, there is a final cleaning fee of €70.00 to €170.00 per apartment, depending on its size. In case of errors in the price information, we reserve the right to make adjustments and refer to the current price lists.
