We are available for you from 07:30 to 21:00. If the reception is temporarily unavailable, please contact our service staff.

CHECK-IN

Our hotel rooms are ready for occupancy from 3:00 p.m. on the day of arrival. Your stay begins at this time with the afternoon snack when booking half board or all-inclusive gourmet board.

Hotel inclusive services (wellness area, kids’ club, indoor pool, etc.) also start on the day of arrival from 3:00 p.m.

CHECK-OUT

We kindly ask you to vacate your room by 10:30 a.m. at the latest. Thank you!

DEPOSIT AND ON-SITE PAYMENTS

Payment conditions:

To secure your reservation, a deposit of €1,000.00 per family suite/room or the amount stated in the booking confirmation is required.

The remaining balance can be paid in advance by bank transfer. Payment of the remaining amount by transfer on-site or at check-out is not possible.

On-site, invoices can only be paid by debit card, credit card, or cash.

Allergies and food intolerances

At Ferienwelt Kesselgrub, we aim to ensure a pleasant stay for all guests.

We provide information on allergens in our dishes and accommodate special dietary requests where possible.

Important note: Despite careful preparation in our kitchen, we cannot guarantee that meals are completely free of allergens or that cross-contamination will not occur. Especially in cases of severe food allergies, we ask guests to take this into account when selecting meals and to take their own precautions.

We accept no liability for health consequences arising from the consumption of our food in connection with allergies or intolerances.

CANCELLATION

Standard cancellation fees according to the General Terms and Conditions for the Hotel Industry (AGBH 2006) apply unless otherwise stated.

Special cancellation conditions for Summer 2026 / Winter 2026/27 / Summer 2027 (4* Hotel Kesselgrub, apartments & holiday flats):

• Free cancellation up to 14 days before arrival
• 13–7 days before arrival: 70% of package price
• 6–3 days before arrival: 90%
• From 2 days before arrival: 100%
• No-show / early departure: 100%

Group & seminar conditions (from 20 people):

• Up to 6 weeks before arrival: free cancellation
• 6 weeks to 1 month: 40%
• 1 month to 1 week: 70%
• Last week: 90%
• From 2 days: 100%

TRAVEL INSURANCE

You are certainly looking forward to your holiday, but many things can happen before or during your stay. We recommend taking out Kesselgrub travel insurance.

Covered reasons for cancellation/interruption:

A claim exists if the guest cannot travel, must delay arrival, or leave early for a covered reason listed in the information sheet. Medical cases must be confirmed in writing by a doctor. Other cases require written proof.

We ask you to transfer the insurance premium together with the deposit.

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT

Check-in: from 3:00 p.m.
Check-out: until 10:30 a.m.
Early check-in / late check-out: on request, subject to availability and possible fees.

BINDING RESERVATION

Your booking is only confirmed once you receive a written booking confirmation from reception.

PACKAGE OFFERS

Unused services included in package deals cannot be refunded.

VOUCHERS

The following vouchers are accepted:

• Own value vouchers (no limit)
• Children’s hotel vouchers (no limit)
• Family Austria vouchers (no limit)
• Webhotel vouchers (limits apply depending on booking type; not valid for drinks, spa treatments, riding lessons, ski passes)
• Wellcard (max 50% of total price, up to €1000; not valid for drinks, spa, riding, ski passes)

Please inform us at booking if you plan to use vouchers. Otherwise, they may be refused on-site.

Vouchers must be presented on arrival.

Webhotel and Wellcard vouchers are only valid for direct bookings and cannot be combined with other vouchers.

Prize vouchers / certificates / partner vouchers

Valid only for specific room categories and periods, subject to availability. No entitlement to specific dates or upgrades. Once quota is used, vouchers are no longer valid even if rooms are available.

Must be presented at booking and on arrival; otherwise full price applies. No rebooking possible.

PRICES

All prices are in euros per night per person including board and services, plus local tax & mobility fee of €3.00 per person per day.

Apartment prices are per unit per night plus local tax. Hotel services are not included but can be added for an extra charge. Final cleaning: €70.00–€170.00 depending on size.

Errors in pricing may be corrected; current price lists apply.

LOSS & LIABILITY

The hotel is not liable for lost, forgotten, or left-behind items, especially personal belongings not securely stored or left unattended in public areas or unlocked rooms.

We recommend keeping valuables safe and checking your room carefully before departure. Reception is available for assistance.
