With the passion of life, love and laughter Andrea and Johann Thurner are the third generation to operate their hotel. The guests can still feel the history of the 80 years old former farm today. A special culinary experience is the “Kesselgerichte”, composed and arranged with attention to detail by the executive chef, who uses mostly regional products for the traditional meals that he reinterprets in a modern and creative way. Gourmet’s expectations are fulfilled when enjoying tender lamb on zucchini-tomato-vegetables with cream-polenta or “Salzburger Bierfleisch” with homemade bread dumplings arranged in a kettle (Kessel). “s’Kessei” is hence the name of the a la carte restaurant and Gourmet.Tavern. at Kesselgrubs Holiday.World.
At night “s’Kessei” turns into a cosy-friendly bar. The traditional arch-roofed wine cellar is the passion of your host Johann Thurner, who, as a sommelier, happily suggests a wine and offers wine tastings.
